A 15-year veteran of Cisco IT, Erich has held roles in Enterprise job scheduling, Calendaring and Enterprise Messaging Services, Linux Integration, Virtual Infrastructure, and has spent the last 3+ years in Cisco’s private cloud. With experience in both operations and design, Erich enjoys opportunities to discuss real-world application of emerging datacenter technologies as well as best practices and lessons learned along the way.

A transplant from New Jersey to California, Erich spends his time out of work playing soccer, training for triathlons, skiing, motorcycling, camping, and is easily talked into most other outdoor activities. He also always has at least one project underway on his 110-year-old home on the edge of downtown San Jose.
